We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. The original complainant will then have ten business days to notify us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the removed material.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in violation of the law.

Educational and Workshop Content

Our services provide technical workshops and educational content related to programming and system architecture. All original workshop materials, code examples, documentation, and instructional content created by Parvion are protected by copyright.
